Understand before you integrate.

The platform and runtime engine have distinct workflows. Public distribution is still being prepared; ask for an evaluation path that fits your application.

Platform workflow

Repository-based evaluation

The CLI provides doctor, report, policy check, and rules list workflows. Platform source is private; contact the maintainer for access rather than expecting a public download.

Android runtime engine

Local Maven evaluation

The 0.1.0 plugin is not yet publicly published. Local evaluation uses Maven Local, signing configuration, and the engine quickstart. The final public release path is the Gradle Plugin Portal.

Read the investigation

Published technical article

The AppArmorX Android security article describes bytecode instrumentation, dependency-firewall scenarios, Frida investigation, and runtime response limits. It covers the Android engine, not the whole platform.

Release readiness

Separate from domain ownership

Owning apparmorx.com can support namespace verification. Artifact publication still needs approved licensing and source visibility, publishing credentials, validated builds, and reviewed compatibility and attack-testing evidence.
